"Roland the Farter" which is also the first song on the album opens up with melodic chanting before adding in heavy guitars and drums along with some synths and then spoken words and folk instruments are added into the song and you can hear bass guitars in the background.
"Warrior Monks Of Whitehawk" begins with classical music style orchestras and hand clapping before adding in heavy guitar riffs, folk instruments and drums along with some shouting style vocals and melodic guitar leads which also leads up to some clean singing melodic vocals as well as some spoken word parts and powerful sounding bass guitars and towards the end you can hear some esoteric sounding melodic chanting in the background.
"The Bitch Of Chistlehurst Caves" opens up with synths and spoken word parts before adding in heavy guitars, drums and folk instruments before adding in rough spoken word parts and after awhile melodic vocals are added into the song along with some guitar leads shortly after that along with a small amount of black metal vocals.
"Raise The Crummhorns" starts up with folk instruments before adding in heavy guitar riffs and drums along with some vocals and after awhile bass guitars make their presence known along with some folk metal style vocals and after awhile t here is a brief use of guitar leads along with some spoken words being added into the song.
"Wailing Witch Of The Moulsecoomb" kicks in with acoustic guitar playing before adding in heavy guitar riffs, bass and drums and you can also hear melody in the guitar riffing when the folk instruments kick in along with some vocals shortly after that and towards the end there is a brief use of melodic chanting and spoken word parts added into the song.
"Black Metal Beauty" hits it off with heavy and melodic guitar and bass riffs along with some drums and a few seconds alter melodic vocals make their way into the song and you can also hear a small amount of female vocals along with black metal screams which also leads up to a brief use of guitar leads and towards the end there is a brief use of spoken word parts.
"The Whispering Dwarf" comes in with whispers before adding in melodic guitar leads and drums along with some spoken word parts and heavy guitar and bass riffs which also leads up to melodic vocals kicking in along wit h a small amount of female vocals in the background.
'Father Pig" is introduced by animal noises which leads up to bass guitars, synths and drums along with some melodic vocals and heavy rock'n'roll style guitar riffs which also leads up to a small amount of guitar leads and halfway through the song there is a brief use of spoken word parts.
"J Team" which is also the last song on the album begins with spoken word parts and a minute later drums and guitar leads come into the song before adding in heavy guitar and bass and folk instruments which also leads up to melodic clean singing vocals and the song closes with nature sounds.
Song lyrics cover comedy, English history and folklore, while the production has a very strong, powerful, heavy and professional sound where you can hear all of the musical instruments that are present on this recording.
In my opinion Jaldaoath are a very great sounding folk metal band with elements of black metal and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this album.
